Excellent flavor, a little runny
very good flavor. honey is a little runny, which has to do with water content at the time of harvesting. Wait a little longer, leave in the hive a little longer.

Upon taking the top off I found the inner seal off and now I am stuck with a product I am told may be tainted...no more honey from Amazon
