Energy and better sleep
Definitely felt more energy and slept better :)

The Effect has worn off
Okay but not as good as the previous purchase or has the placebo effect worn off? I can still do the balance trick though

Arrived on time
Personally it is very good for calmness, I start having a good night sleep on first day of wearing this. I have only had it for two week and my eratic sleep pattern has settled.The reason I gave 4 star is the strap didn't have enough holes to fit my slim wrist so I had to struggle to make a whole, value for what it does to the mind and soul.
