VeloxJantex 14 Tubular Rim Tape - 2 Wheels - R040CS00,Orange

This is the only tape anyone should be using on road tires! The plastic backing does not tear when peeling like Jantex 76. Do not waste your time and spend the extra couple dollars on this. It also has a cloth strip inside of tape to help with removal in future. I’m buying another right away!

I used these on track wheels with tubular tires (22 mm Conti Sprinters). The entire install process was very easy and clean, and the tires worked well all summer. I thought about pulling the tires to install on another wheel set after the track season, but they are on there well--it would take a lot of effort to get them off, which is exactly what you want. Like many folks, I prefer not to glue if I can tape instead. In this case, I am very happy with the process and the results.

No more dealing with glue

I just removed last year’s tire. This is the first time I used tape instead of glue. I’m never using glue again if I don’t have to. I was concerned about adhesion, but taking the old tire off proved to me that the adhesion is great! And I was pleased to find that I won’t have to repeat my six hours of cleaning old glue off my Zipp carbon disc - with a little care the tape came off cleanly in about 5 minutes! Ready for a new tire!

Hard to find at local bike shops so this is a great find.

Colle super bien et s'installe en 30mn pour 2 roues. Rien à redire, ça marche parfaitement et beaucoup plus rapide que la colle à boyau traditionnelle, ça évite aussi d'en mettre partout

Much improved from the old paper backed fabric tub tape of old. This went on a dream on a new set of carbon rims. Ideal for road and TT wheels. Far less messy to use than tub glue.

透明なテープで貼り付けて半年後に剥がそうとするもかなり強力で大変。剥がしたら茶色く変色していておばあちゃん家のタンスの匂いがします。また綺麗に剥がれずテープ跡がひどく残り綺麗にするまで1日かかり指もボロボロ、パーツクリーナーでもビクともせず最悪でした。あと貼り付け前は収まっていたテープもリムからはみ出してくるし見た目も悪くなります。2度と買いません。
