Quality fine. Arrived promptly. However it was bought for my 8 year old who likes to pretend he is Lord Tumble, and it is too big for him. I made the assumption that as it said "not suitable for under 4" that it was A child's hat.

Arrived quickly, great price . I Read the reviews and decided to go for it, as most said its not a small hat. The measurement s are correct it fits my husband well, he has a fairly big head. I wasn't expecting anything quite as good quality as it actually is, I'm really pleased . it will be fine for fancy dress which is what I wanted it for.
