My son seems to overpronate so o got these to help that issue. I use the adult ones for myself as recommended by my chiropractor and they help a lot with overpronating/flat feet. My son did not like them at first but he quickly got used to having them in his shoes and doesn’t like wearing shoes without them.

I’ve worn Powerstep myself for years and rely on them for arch support. I work out 3x week so they get some use. My son has inherited my flat feet so I bought these for him. The top liner separated within a couple months. My son plays hard daily so while I think it’s a good product, prepare to invest in multiple pairs for high activity.

I got these for my 10 year old grandson because he has flat feel and a problem with his Achilles tendon....they are relieving his pain and comfortable!

Bought these for my sister who had surgery on both her feet. The doctor had recommended a more exspensive brand, and I found these on Amazon, with really good reviews. Well the reviews were point on. They worked perfectly for her. She had to have good support after she had the cast removed. They’re great . They really helped in adding cushion and support. They made it easier for her to get back on her feet. She had metal plates in her feet and it was really hard for her with out the support of these insoles

I liked that they are firm yet cushiony for my kids feet. My kid feels comfoetable.with them, the only thing is I wish they were a bit less pricy,since kids outgrow them.very fast.

My kids are runners so this is imperative as not many kids shoes are supportive enough for actual road running.

I bought my kids each a pair of these because they are both flat footed. They were always completely that their feet were hurting. Since using these insoles they don’t have issues with foot pain. Ordering more for their other shoes now.

Accurate on size. Comfortable. My wife is on her 3rd pair, and they seem to make her feet a little sweatier / smellier than without.
