Adeco 5 Openings Decorative Black Wooden Butterfly Wall Hanging Collage Picture Photo Frame - Made to Display Two 4x6, Two 3x3,and One 3.5x5

When delivered it was missing one of the 3" x 3" backs to hold the picture in place. I emailed them and they sent me a 4" x 4" backing that did not have clips to hold in place. When I emailed them back they said the best they could do was give me a refund of $20 and keep the incomplete picture frame, which I accepted. I will find one on my own.I don't understand how they could not go to another picture frame in the warehouse and take the missing part from it and send it to me.

Fine enough quality for the price but wish the windows were glass and not clear plastic.. Got the black to match our house but hubbie wished we would have got white! grrrrrrrr, monkey...

A bit cheaply made

Perfect! Exactly what I was looking for & it arrived intact with nothing missing. Also some of the other reviews mentioned they would've liked glass shields rather than plastic for the pics but mine are glass.

This butterfly collage frame is gorgeous! Care was obviously taken with the packaging- this item arrived in excellent condition.The workmanship on this thing is really good as well. No worries about breaking anything when swapping in pictures. Great buy!
