I really like these vitamins. I take them at night and they help me sleep with no drowsiness. I also like the fact that the vitamins do not cause diarrhea or any other bowel symptoms. I will continue to purchase these vitamins. I highly recommend them.

I'm not Joe..I'm his wife Carol...and I bought this twice now due to HORRID leg cramps..and I mean terrible...in BOTH legs at the SAME TIME, in the middle of the night in my inner THIGHS usually or back of upper thighs, sometimes calves. Anyway the cramps were horrendous. Since taking these I rarely have them anymore. I get them now and then but so much less than before. I am worried about the two reviews I just read about counterfeit pills and hoping it doesn't happen to me but so far I have not had that issue. The price is much better here too so I am ordering again.
