Richards Homewares Clear Vinyl Underbed Chest, 42" x 18" x 6"

We wanted to store our wrapping paper and gift bags under our couch, but kept finding hard plastic bins that were 6 inches tall and did not fit. Because the material is a soft plastic, it was able to squish under our couch and fit our gift wrapping items perfectly. I took off one star because the zipper seemed a little cheap and did not zip/unzip smoothly.

I ordered 10 of these chests and the first one I opened had problems with the very flimsy zip. As soon as I started moving it along the teeth I noticed that a 10 inch section of the zip had come away from the body of the chest rendering the chest useless as a means of storing my cashmere/merino knitwear safely from moth infestation. The zip itself is of very inferior quality as well. I also purchased the Rubbermaid zippered chests from a different supplier - medium and small - and this is a far superior product in both the weight of the plastic/vinyl and the quality of the zip. I subsequently attempted to return my 10 inferior chests but the postage was almost the same value as the refund due so I have thrown them away and bought 10 each of the Rubbermaid med and small chests instead, which are brilliant.

Zipper is a little flimsy and the plastic is cheap, but worked great for me. I have a very low frame Ikea Malm bed and it was the only thing that fit under it. Perfect for my extra storage.

Purchased this as an underbed flat shoe storage solution for a particularly low (5" from the ground) bedframe. It works well as a solution, but is definitely not a long-term storage piece. The plastic is noticeably lightweight and thin (if you're looking to protect clothes from moths or other bugs of the sort, I doubt this will deter them) and the zipper rather flimsy.

Smells like plastic. I ended up adding a dryer sheet to it to help with the smell. But it's a great size to accommodate my linen

I bought this to store my daughters extra diapers under her crib and firs quite well. Because its plastic it has some leeway if the space is tight. I ended up buying a second one to store blsnkets under my bed.

I got this in medium size bag for sweaters. I am here to tell you you can get more in that bag can you think. They are awesome. I ended up putting seven sweaters in the bag zipped it up put it in my bed. Good product I would highly recommend buying it, but two or three

I ordered this item with the intent of storing a very heavy comforter under a bed. It worked perfectly. Holds the entire outfit in one protective bag. This isn't the heaviest best grade of plastic but it worked fine and provides the dust protection I was seeking for the linens.
