Consistent extract!
McCormick is definitely a go to for baking extracts for consistent results! I used this in some mini strawberry cupcakes I recently made for a catering order and they were a hit! Some lemon extracts do overpower baked goods, but this one works just as I expect it to!

McCormick Extract
This is the lemon extract I remember growing up. I will always stick with McCormick. Other brands fall flat.

Not as lemony as I thought
I don't know what my expectations were but this product is not as lemony as I thought it would be. I'm using it to flavor water kefir and have to use at least a teaspoon per 16 oz bottle. However, the price is great for 8 oz so having to use more than I thought I should still works out as cost effective. I'd definitely buy again.
