I bought this for my mother, who has bad arthritis and weak hands. She can keep her cell phone handy and the magnetic clasp is easy to open but keeps the phone secure when not in use. The whimsical cat's head logo isn't too cutesy-poo and adds a touch of charm. The material is rougher than I expected, not much like the plush that one thinks of in general. This is more like a roughed-up felt or low-end suede. But that's okay. The color on the website is fairly accurate, though the flap is more like dark blue than dark purple. The strap is a cheap plastic cord that won't last forever, but any lanyard can replace it. The two pockets are spacious and it comes with a drawstring black bag if you want extra protection for whatever you put in it. I'm very happy with this product and its price point.

I just want to warn you guys - if you simply want a "phone case" to wear cross-body, this is more the size of a small purse, not a cross-body iphone case like the seller implies in the description. I like to carry my iphone separately from my purse in a phone case strapped across my body for easy, quick phone access. This "phone bag" is not that. It is a purse! I don't want to carry two purses! I already have a purse for all my other stuff, so who needs that in their phone case too?! Not me. I ordered this "phone bag" before my new iphone 6 came, so I relied on the seller's incorrect description of this fitting the iphone. Sure, if you consider that any tote bag or a Coach handbag is also a "phone bag"! I want a small phone case that fits only my iphone! I don't need to carry around the kitchen sink in this thing too, that's what my Coach bag is for!So I asked for a return label to get a refund and return this "phone bag" due to the incorrect description of their product. All the seller would offer was a PARTIAL refund. That's not good enough. So I put in an A to Z claim and I got a FULL refund from Amazon.This thing is simply a little purse that the seller is trying to cross market as a phone bag too. No way.
