Will this unit stream Amazon Prime ?

Yes, I have had 3 Sony blue ray players and they all have amazon prime video

I have a Marantz Receiver. Inputs for Phono, CD, DVD, but NOT Blue Ray. How do I put the 3 lines (2 audio and 1 video) into my Receiver?

Most devices still offer long time standard RCA jacks and cables for audio. Most people simply "daisy chain" (out-in-out-in-out-in) the audio outputs if there aren't enough input jacks. 3 or more devices only need 1 left/right input pair on receiver. This simply does a "transparent" pass-through with the audio and the receiver/amplifier will send to speakers the audio of device that's playing. If the Blu-Ray has Surround Sound and you want to have old school stereo, use the output jacks for LF (left front) and RF (right front). (NOT SPEAKER OUTPUTS!) These use the same signal as regular stereo. I own a classic Pioneer SX-1050 (1975-6) and this works fine. However, Surround Sound is AWESOME, particularly for video games that support it. I was playing a FPS/RPG and tried to shoot (with a wireless mouse) a bad guy I heard sneaking up behind me and opening fire! I run both Stereo and Surround Sound amps depending on the audio source. Note: My sound cards support Fiber Optic (TOSLink) so I can send all audio from computer to Surround Sound receiver through a single cable and use my big screen TV as a monitor. This does require a second cable for VGA video. Phono does use a different out and in depending on brand and technology, but CD, DVD, and BR on my devices are totally cross compatible. I have no clue what happened to my old Dual direct drive turntable. I no longer own any old vinyl LP's. (Flood, water damage, ruined.) CD/DVD/BR are waterproof and no snap, crackle, pop or rumble.

Will this play SACD/DVDA surround sound through HDMI output or does it have to be Analog connectors?

Yes, this Sony Blu-ray player can output DSD signals from the HDMI OUT jack when playing a Super Audio CD. It must be HDMI and not analog connections. -Ely
