Nassboards Premium Pro Electric Underfloor Heating mat kit 200w per m² - Red Box

This product arrived 2 days early which really helped as I could carry on with my build. Very easy to install and connect the electrical circuits, however I would note that the back plate screws provided don't actually fit the standard switch/socket wall back plates so I had to change these.Once laid I covered the product in 8x 20kg bags of self levelling floor compound (12sqM) and then finished with slate porcelain tiles.The system heats up pretty quickly and within 1 hour raised the room temp from 17C to 22C. Really happy with the product and would really recommend, save your pennies and get this over the DIY store offerings.

Absolutely brilliant product, works great, gets the floor really warm in the cold! Has a great thermostat that can get the floor heated on a timer so as simple as set and forget.The thermo can be a bit fiddly doesn't seem to recognise weekends correctly. Also the smartphone app is a great additional option but doesn't have great functionality and can't control all the functions the thermostat has from the app. The app can only start and stop the heating and set temperature. It does have a limited timer functionality but not multiple options to set the heating to go on and off several times a day if required.These things could be improved to make the item a full 5 stars!

i am a trade professional and ordered these as the customer decided on underfloor heating...delivered within 48 hours, so easy to fit and now just been tested and work amazing...actually cheaper and BETTER than merchant brands and my electrical engineer even stated they were easy to install and clearly labelled

So don’t buy the WiFi version of this; the functionality is poor. I switched over for a Smart Thermostat and what a difference!I’d been faffing for a few months thinking it was me or the installer but no, the smart thermostat fixed all issues.Credit to Nassboards for their hands on and active customer service in getting this sorted.Lots of functions with the Smart Thermostat. Interface looks nice (though not as swish as a Hive etc) and works with phone and Alexa (though much quicker and easier to use phone).

Easy to install. Used with nasboards, have not turned on yet as under new tiles on new floor and need to dry out for a few weeks to avoid cracking, even though flexible adhesive was used. Very impressed so far however and so were the tiles who laid it when I told them the price!Update: working well so far. I was advised to turn the temp up gradually, which has been successful, no cracked tiles and feeling the warmth.

Can i have a name of the app for control the heating floor??I lost the instructions for connect the wifi

I think it's a similar price to other heating products, it's easy to fit, and works as it should.When you measure, if anything get less, as you can't cut it. Also the cold tail and the connection point between the element and cable is quite chunky, so you will need to recess them in the floor a little bit.Also the stat cable is rubbish, I really don't know where these manufacturers find some of their cables, this cable really does not want to be straight, it just stays as a coil, that is a negative for me.Other than that it comes with everything you need which is good and very quick delivery.

The kit contains everything you need. Easy to install. No issues with the heating mat but the included thermostat was faulty. Contacted Nassboards and they did replace with a different thermostat which was far superior to the original included one. Customer service was slow but was resolved without issue.I can recommend the kit but with a beca thermostat as this one integrates with Alexa.
