I bought a Primary Oxford Thesaurus for my grandson a few months ago, but when tutoring I needed a second copy, so we can expand vocabulary, while gaining experience of books needing knowledge of alphabetical order.This book is perfect for primary age pupils, with lots of alternative word choices, but not enough to overwhelm or confuse.

Ideal for my 8 year old. She is an able writer who has a good bank of vocabulary but sometimes needs reminding to use it! As a primary teacher mum, I knew that a thesaurus would help but wanted one to last her throughout Primary. Very pleased with this.

My grandson aged 6 was absolutely thrilled with the book. He finds it easy to look up words and is always very proud to find a good alternative. I would definitely recommend this thesaurus.

This thesaurus is proving to be a useful book for my KS2 readers. The language used is simple and easy to understand, so it is easier for children to use this independently and quickly.
