Received the bucket, which is really nice. Did not receive any fatwood with the bucket as indicated in the Amazon add.

There are a few pieces that are just turpentine soaked or sprayed pine. I thought it would save me the trouble of walking in the woods, gathering fatwood myself. But thanks for setting me straight. I'll keep the handy little basket next to my fireplace. But I'll be filling it from the woods instead of throwing money at y'all anymore.

We like to use Fatwood to help start our fires, and this is a great looking handy container that holds an adequate amount for a lot of fires. I also stick the long lighter in there as well. This looks so much better on the hearth than using that big fatwood box!

It is the right size for holding first starter product (not sure about the fatwood that comes with it at this time). Does not take up a lot of hearth space. Made of better material than I expected and should hold up to years of use.

These look excellent next to our wood burning stoves. Sturdy and great quality and has some weight to them.

Classy looking but over-priced

Looks great, sturdy, well made. I've been using it for a while now and it still looks good. No rust, no corrosion. The perfect size to sit near our fireplace hearth. The bucket itself is about 5 1/4 inches tall (about 10 1/2 inches if you leave the handle upright) and about 6 1/2 inches wide, and comes packed with flatwood. Makes starting a fire so much easier. Fast shipping. Good purchase.

It looks great with any fireplace, wood stove or insert. Just a great design and manufacture. I love it and I've given it as a gift several times. It comes loaded with fatwood, and believe me, everyone should be using fatwood. It makes starting a fire easy as pie.
