Very well constructed.However, it is very large and you had better have a large stock or soup potto use it effectively.Probably should have sent it back.You know how that is with an inexpensive item.Mountain Man

It is much larger than I expected, but works ok for staining large amount from large pots of liquids. It is just okay.

This tool was purchased for something other than it's original purpose. We use it to sift the ashes from the coals in our fireplace. It's strong and durable and does a better job than the actual tools out there made for that purpose for a much lower price. Love it!

Not well constructed as the wires are somewhat sparse and is not deep enough

This skimmer is big, but fits comfortably into our cast iron, dutch oven (which I use for frying). The construction is industrial strength. Because of its size, it won't fit into a kitchen drawer.

It's very big! Giant!

Purchased this for my outdoor cooker and this thing rocks!!!!!!!!!! If you own and outdoor fryer you have got to get yourself one of these.
