Almost a 5 start but not quite
The 3 legs instead of 4 on the bottom are problematic. It is tippy if you aren't careful. Also the locking clips are activated and de-activated with the pushing of one button on the top of the handle. However, you have two locking levers to lock the lid onto the base. When you push the lock/un-lock button both levers have to be in their lock clips, so it takes 3 hands/fingers to lock the lid on. You have to have ahold of both levers AND push in the locking button. I've figured out how to do it, but it is a bit awkward to accomplish with just two hands. However, that said, I did a ton of research to find an 8 qt locking lid crockpot and this was the ONLY one I could find, so I'm grateful to have found this one. I use it at church potluck every Sunday. The lid seals very tightly, no leaking, and travels well on the floor of my passenger side in the car. I just wedge a towel under the back side on each side of the one rear leg so it doesn't tip during transport. Would suggest to Kalorik that they put a 4th leg under this crockpot. Also, nice feature is that the lid rubber seal comes off for cleaning both it and the rim of the glass lid. Also, this cooks very nicely and on the warm setting keeps the food at a hot enough temp to as to not worry about food spoilage on the warm setting too long. Overall I'm very pleased with this crockpot except for the two points above. I am a veteran crockpot user and transporter and give this a four stars compared to all I've used.

It would not stall on low , in a short time it would jump up to high.
I had it for about 6 months and then i just tossed it, could not trust it.

Simple to use and cooks perfectly.
My wife isn’t into techno and prefers straightforward ease. That’s what you get with this slow cooker. A large capacity was her second requirement. She can easily cook two “5lb” pork roast in this cooker at once. She sets the duration of cooking time and goes to bed. We wake up in the morning to the aroma of dinner for tonight or lunch today. My wife says cooked meats should rest before eating. If it’s a meal to go, no problem as the lid locks in place with no leakage. We have a large family and this cooker can handle it.

Worked great
Had parts missing, etc. Seems too pressurized when using the lock and rubber seal. I will try to go without next time and see if it works out better. Love that you can set time and it automatically switches to warm when the time is up.

Great product.
I got this to replace a broken crock pit. It is very large and works well. I have used it 3 times in less than 2 weeks so far. I like the delay option so I can start dinner even when I am not home

Large enough for family & love the lock lid
This is the best crock pot ever. I have a family of 8. It is big enough & love the delayed feature

Best cooker on the market.
Absolutely fantastic cooker. I’ve bought cheaper ones in the past but the lids don’t fit well and they always cook dry so you need to line the top with foil. This one can be left all day or night and still maintain the moisture. Well worth the money. Would definitely recommend.

Stay away, handles break easily.
It worked great until a piece of plastic in the handle broke letting the screws fall inside the crock pot. I had it for less than three months, never travelled with it, used the handles carefully and minimally. I was wondering if I hadn't been careful enough, but I noticed I'm not the only one, and I've never had this problem before. So I think it's pretty clear it's a problem of low quality plasitc. It's very disappointing considering everything else works great. Why make a good slow cooker but go cheap on a plastic piece? It ruins what should still be a perfectly good and functional slow cooker. Stay away, try to find something of a higher quality. I'd gladly pay 20$ more for the handles to actually be solid.
