The gel doesnt last more than a few seasons. I use 3 a year, toss and refresh with more.

I love these because they don't sweat and you can use it over and over - just defrost and soak in warm water to rejuvenate it. I've shared these with my friends and family and they just love it because they are bulky or heavy and yet last 8 hours easy. I even had a stranger use it once to ice her daughter's ankle when she twisted it.

Love these and they don't take up much room. I like that I can cut them to whatever size I need.

Set up was easy, just saturate with water and toss in the freezer. These get super cold, in my opinion, and I greatly appreciate the flexibility of the sheet. Exactly what I wanted. Thanks!

Does a good job cooling items. I like that individual squares can be cut out to cool small areas.

They worked great. I even gave some to my son for his family.
