So Happy I Found this Product Line!
As someone with both Celiac Disease as well as many food allergies, I am used to making everything from scratch, including my ramen soup. I usually use white rice noodles that I find at my local Asian food store or a few other Japanese style GF ramen noodle brands on Amazon. I loved that this product was inclusive of a base for the broth and is perfect for a quick snack or to keep at my office when I get hungry.I tried the product first at home and the noodles cooked quickly, did not fall apart and were not gummy at all. They twisted beautifully on my chopsticks. The B12 infusion gives the noodles an authentic yellow hue and some needed B12 for this hungry vegan! The soup base mixed perfectly in the hot water. I used a full 2 cups as the base is a bit salty. I had some baked tofu already made and added it to the soup along with some sliced carrots I had on hand. I topped it with some sauteed scallions. It was delicious and one of my ramen loving sons was ready to steal my bowl! I own some ramen bowls and used the accompanying chopsticks and porcelain spoon for an authentic ramen eating experience.I loved the noodles and soup so much, I ordered a large pack of noodles to use it some of my own soups and dishes. I anticipate the remaining packages will disappear quickly!.While the $4

Pretty darn tasty instant Gluten Free ramen and soup base!
After visiting Japan and having the best Gluten Free Ramen EVER, I was on a quest for something similar back home so I learned to make homemade ramen. However, when I don't have the time to make homemade THIS ramen is the BEST!!!!! Way better than any store bought ramen and it doesn't have MSG! I've tried their Tonkatsu Ramen and that's amazing also! High quality gluten free noodles and broth for an instant ramen. Definitely recommend!

Gluten free
It’s not what I would look for in normal ramen as far as noodles go, but the flavor and noodles are still the best I’ve found for gluten free

Best GF ramen in years!
I ordered this because I was really craving and missing the Maruchan oriental/soy sauce ramen I would eat as a kid, before I had a gluten allergy/Celiac. It was always a comfort food while sick and rice noodles never hit the spot - the texture isn't quite right and you have to make your own broth. This shoyu ramen absolutely nailed it! The broth base is essentially soy sauce flavor with additional spices, but is very reminiscent of the Maruchan kind. The noodles have a great, slippery texture like normal ramen and doesn't fall apart like most gluten free noodles. My order came with bubble cushioning in the box and were transported well so that the noodles stayed in tact. Like most things that are gluten free, it may seem on the pricier end, but it works out to $4 a pack/meal, which really is inexpensive. The portion size is about the same as a normal, non-gluten free package but it definitely feels high quality. And it is made in a dedicated gluten free factory, which I greatly appreciate as a Celiac. So happy to have this meal available to me again and I will definitely be ordering more in the future!

Taste almost authentic.
I like it. It’s very simple and yet has a pretty authentic flavor. You can see the miso paste floating and it’s got a concentrated soup base that you just pour into the water you boiled the noodles in. I can’t wait to try it with some pork and veggies. I just had plain noodles to test it out and see if the broth was good.

So, so good
I couldn't believe how good these were. They don't cook like normal ramen. So, be prepared. You need to boil and drain the noodles, then add that to the broth. We add corn, carrots, soft boiled eggs or cooked chicken to the soup. That makes it a meal.

These are good
They taste great and I like them. Better than any other gf ramen I’ve had. They’re not very fast to ready though. I can’t make them during my lunch break and have enough time to eat them. It’s like a fine dinner ramen.
