This pan makes me happier than a night out a fancy restaurant!
I can't give this little pan and its parent company enough stars! Since purchasing it last year, my husband has made us a loaf each week of his killer Banana Nut Bread with dark chocolate and walnuts.I bought the 1-pound size and was a little surprised that the pan seemed just a tad smaller than my other loaf pans, and was sad at first - but it didn't matter at all. I have nothing but good things to say about this pan.The tea cup is in the photo for size comparison. This is a very hefty and heavy pan. It is extremely well-made.When my husband makes the banana bread he coats the pan with butter only - no flour, etc. The loaf literally falls out of the pan and in one year, there has never been any "stickage" or missing chunks of the loaf left in the pan.Washing up only requires hot soapy water and a paper towel or soft dishrag. Most times when he leaves the pan on the counter after baking, I have to ask him, "Is this pan clean or dirty?" I do pay attention to the corners and make sure there are no crumbs left there, as the corner seals are so tight. We have been so happy with this pan that I have purchased 3 additional pans from the same company - the 12-well muffin pan for our dessert-like bran muffins, the 8-inch cake pan for our peach cobblers and dark chocolate cakes, and the 9-inch pie pan for my pies. This company makes amazing pans! Before getting this first loaf pan, we hardly ever had Banana Nut Bread because it always came out burned on the outside and wet and gooey in the center and it was awful. My glass loaf pans just were not putting out a reliable dessert. But since having these USAPans, there is NEVER any guesswork or cleanup and it doesn't get any better than that! They are all worth every cent you pay for them.

Just purchased a second 1 lb. Pan
My bread came out perfectly using this pan. Top nice and brown, sides lighter. Seriously very little crumb. Game changer baking bread. So glad this was recommended on bread blog site! She was spot on. Happy to purchase USA made products. Nice weight, well built. Bread slid right out too. Beautiful. Buy one now, don’t hesitate.

Heavy Duty non-stick
These pans are amazing. Everything we've purchased from this company are great pans and I highly recommend. Solid pans and I've never had things stick even without using oil or anything to line the pans before putting food in them. Yes they are a bit more expensive but last forever and you will not regret having them.

Outstanding Make, but no place to grip.
I make all my bread so my old standby loaf pans have long ago seen their day between scratches, rust spots, etc. Intrigued by the sharp corner design and product description (especially the part about made in USA), I bought the "small" (1-lb.) USA Pans loaf pan which I find to be very sturdy with its satisfyingly weighty heft. Just a very light greasing and my finished loaves get nice bloom and bake beautifully and evenly. Slightly larger than my old 1-lb. (standard loaf) pans. My finished loaves slide right out, leaving no residue. The ONLY complaint I have is that they don't have any lip whatsoever on the far ends, so not only do you need two hands to raise it out of the hot oven, but in de-panning the finished loaf, there's just nothing to grab onto with one hand to plop the loaf upside down into a towel-wrapped other hand for thumping, you just have to spill the finished loaf out onto a bunched up towel. It's just very awkward and I've come close to burning one or both hands in removal or depanning, either/both.That very real complaint notwithstanding though, I like the pan enough (a lot!) to just work out the inherently very awkward handling issues. Finished loaves, in addition to being very pretty, also develop a very even, tender crust. While I don't wash my loaf pan (no reason to with a yeast bread), I did fill it with water to see if those envelope-folded corners would leak and after 10 minutes sitting on the counter, they don't. With your understanding that handling the hot pan can be tricky until you figure out how to do it safely, I highly recommend getting it. I anticipate many years if not forever out of this bread pan.

Works phenomenally well!
Picked this because it was well reviewed by America’s Test Kitchen. This loaf pan is awesome. I tested it out by baking a loaf of banana bread. The entire loaf was browned evenly and cooked evenly throughout. After letting it cool for 20 minutes, the loaf slid out easily. The fact that it’s mad in the USA was a nice bonus.I would highly recommend this loaf (bread) pan.
