good flavor, unsliced, enclosed in sealed plastic bag with paper wrapper.
Excellent product!! well worth the price! not enough garlic for my taste. and needs more peppercorns. but I'm used to the flavor by now. excellent packaging maintains freshness. I make sure to wrap it up tight after opening to keep air out. very soft, kind of fatty like many salami's (but good) makes it hard to slice thinly. overall, 4.5 stars. Will continue to buy this.
