A Must-Have for Staying Hydrated – Especially After Bariatric Surgery! I am so glad I purchased this Squintier Zero Qwik to help me stay hydrated! After having bariatric surgery on 1/6/26, hydration has become absolutely essential, and this product has made such a big difference for me. Great to throw in a water for some flavor

This is the only electrolyte that seems to work for me, it seems I always feel dehydrated. It is super easy to take with me in my purse, car or backpack. Great value & tastes great

Good flavor, a pretty standard drink mix. This is your down the middle electrolyte mix. I work and live in a hotter then average city, and work in a hotter environment, so sweating and depleting myself is common. the price for a bag and quick shipping make it a good choice to keep in your bag/lunchbox, ect.. Just open one single serve pack add to your water bottle and good to go.

They’re good, I did noticed out of the 50 packets 2 were rock solid. The rest were okay. They also taste good. But I guess check them before hand? My only problem with these is that it doesn’t have an expiration date. I know it says 15 months shelf life. But it would be nice to know when it was manufactured Or when it expires. Spooks me out a little.

I love sqwincher! I've used this stuff for several years, almost a decade! It's gotten me through deployments in the Middle East and for my husband while he did training in the desert. We love to use it to stay hydrated without all the sugary stuff. I will always recommend! It says mix in 20oz of water, but a basic water bottle size of 16.9oz is honestly the perfect amount of water. Enjoy ☺️
