This thing took a pounding for about 7 months with beach body home workouts. But after about 7 months it started to fall apart. If I were to buy a new one I would buy this brand but at much bigger measurements. However it collects dirt very easily so make sure you clean it after and before each workout and about month 4 little chunks would fall of and when I would be laying on it for certain workouts the chunks would get stuck to me.

I recieved the Pro Eco Guru today ; very well made but not suited for a hot Vinyasa class ; the mat is stiff, does not lay flat and has a slimy slippery coating ; I would not put myself at risk attempting to use it in my practice ; after readingl the positive reviews I am bummed ; I think this mat would be perfect as an exercise or jump mat ; possibly for a beginner Yogi though as I stated it is slippery

So far so good. I do beach body Core De Force. And its perfect for the push ups, planks, crunches ect. I have hard wood floors, it doesnt slide. I dont slide. But i can still twist and move with out being stuck. One side is for working out with shoes.. Jumping ect. The other side is more for yoga. Doesn't smell. I did a lot of reading of reviews on several mats. This so far is exactly what I wanted.

This an excellent mat, better than mats that cost twice as much. It is thick and provides cushion but not so much that support is lacking. I use it for body weigh work outs mostly and have jumped rope on it.

I do p90x3 in our basement which is concrete floors. This helps me out a TON with all the jumping around and doubles as a yoga mat for me. No issues with my legs at all with using this.

Excellent product

As a beginner to yoga I searched through reviews and found this mat. Haven't had any issues as of yet and have been using for 2 weeks now! Still looks good as new and I have cleaned it with a damp washcloth when needed. It's definitely holding up to my workouts can't attest to others.

Giving five stars as for the price you can't hardly beat the quality of this mat. I have used it for all sorts of exercises so far and it is holding up very well. It is sticky enough for yoga and durable enough to jump all over it with shoes. Does not slide on my garage floor at all. Only negative is that it was pretty bent up on the inner part of the roll when received. I use a 1.5" diameter dowel rod to roll it up so that the end does not get bent up.

Really great quality, very strong material, good buy :)
