They do not last. Give it about 3 months.
***3-4 months in, completely trashed after 6 months.***I work in a professional kitchen, the shoes are nice, but they wear out pretty quick. It started with some stitching. No big deal...it turned into a flap of shoe just hanging off, meanwhile, the other shoe is worn out in the back/heel area. Not worth it for the price. I owned Dr. Scholl's shoes that lasted way longer and were cheaper. Only reason I've pushed these shoes this long is because I spent $100 on them. Would not buy again. Could've easily bought two pairs of the shoes I used before. Disappointing because these came so highly recommended...oh and also, the shoelaces do not last. I ended up using laces from an old pair of converse. Go figure.***review after a few weeks***Fits nice once it's worn in however since my foot is a wide measurement I have to buy shoes bigger than normal to make do for my arch. Sacrifing size for comfort...nonetheless the shoes are the best I've owned. They came highly recommended and I am also highly recommending it.

Who can work in the food industry wearing these?
These are not for people who have rigorous food service jobs. They scratched and the leather started peeling the second time I wore them. Because there are only 3 eyelets, they aren't snug around the ankle, which creates a gap between the shoe and you. That seems like a recipe for kitchen disaster if anything spills on your shoes.I'm returning them. If you have a chill job where you stand in one place all day and you like a loose fitting shoe or are sitting the entire time, maybe these shoes will work for you. My last pair of Mozo shoes that I got 3 years ago were incredible. This pair feels shoddy in comparison. If you read this, any Mozo higher-ups, please bring back the way you used to make your shoes! We in food service need the quality in our footwear that you used to provide.

Fell apart after just 4 months!
Got these for my husband because of the great reviews and he needed comfortable yet sturdy shoes for his work. He works 6 days a week and 10 hours a day in the kitchen as a chef and needs to be running around on his feet all day. So the shoes arrived on Dec 12, 2017 and on April 9, 2018 they just fell apart at the bottom! After just 4 months! For the price of these shoes I would hope it'll last at least a year??? For the first 4 months they were great - non slip, stylish, and comfortable. However my husband was so disappointed that after just 4 months it is completely unusable. Quality seemed great but I guess it really wasn't.... On a search again for new chef shoes...,

Awesome shoes worth the money
Fits me perfectly, true to size. Have used in professional kitchen 40-50 hours a week for over year and a half and are just now starting to show wear, still a lot off life in my shoes and don’t indent on replacing anytime soon. Tread is wonderfully sticky. Great ankle support. Great look. Water and oil resistant leather. Will buy again.

Very poor quality
I bought this brand of shoe before and they lasted 2 years. I paid $110 to get this pair in June and actually didn't start using them until July and they already are falling apart. They have a whole in the back, the soul is always breaking apart. I manage a warehouse and don't even do much physically to make this happen but they are still thrashed after 3 months. Never again will I get these shoes

Good boots, cheap laces!
Good boots but the shoelaces both broke after a month. Good boots cheap laces. Would have given it a 5 star but since I never bought any footwear in my entire life that the laces both ripped off in my hand after a month I give it a 4. If you buy these boots be sure to pick up some laces from the shoe store so you have the problem solved before you get ready to walk out the door for work and you can't tie your boots and you have no time to stop and get more.

Really comfy, Im in IT so I needed non-slip but also was looking for a boot so this shoe is perfect. It does feel a little tight once you have your shoes tied but it seems to be breaking in nicely.

Best kitchen shoe
On my second pair, and when they fall apart, I’ll buy them again. They last longer than most cheap kitchen shoes, and they look dope. Makes it more than worth the money. Also, they run a little wide, which my feet appreciate.

Definitely not meant for commercial use
As I do at work when dealing with issues at work, (as these were work shoes), I will give whats known as the poop sand which. These shoes are pretty sweet, I like the design, they were a good fit,(I'm an 8-9 so i went 8.5 and they fit great!!). Fast delivery from amazon, and definitely real leather with a bit of a hard toe, no steel but very firm. I would recommend these to some one who is part time in the food service industry as anyone who is full-time or always doing O/T, these shoes won't last 6 months. What I have noticed is stitching has begun to unravel from the sole, almost like I was skateboarding in them, but on the inside, outside, toes and heel. Just small small around the shoes slowly getting bigger, some more than others. They don't appear to be triple stitched, which could be the result and perhaps the manufacturer could look into using this technique as for the price you would expect to get some artisan stitching. As for the firm toe, in just the last few weeks I noticed its not as firm, mind you much has fallen on them and they still are keeping my toes from pain which is nice. Even after 6 months they are still quite comfortable, even doing 12-14 hour days on my feet, I could probably put a new sole in them with a Dr. Scholl sole cushion, but I'm thinking of getting new shoes so not worth the time. In conclusion, I have rated this a 2 star even though they're well fitted, comfy and stylish, the fact the longevity and price don't reflect a good value for the product is a red flag for anyone full-time+ in the food service industry.

Great Kitchen Shoe
These Mozos are the best kitchen shoes I've used, by far. They stick well to the grimy floors of commercial kitchens, and they're comfortable. The reason I'm not giving them five stars is because the underside of the shoe quickly accumulates dirt and particles, which are hard to remove and reduce the sure footing. So you have to clean them regularly.
