Ive bought every one of Kerry's books, and as usual, I love it. But this ones getting downvoted due to the preachy rant against "pit bull type dogs".Hey, people. Take a large, working breed, high energy dog. Doesnt matter what kind. Labs, german shepards, rotties, dobermans, bullies, golden retrievers. Treat it badly and reward it for violence. Itll be aggressive. Dogs are individuals. A small percentage are born bad. Most are average. Some are sweet. Most dogs labeled "pit bulls" are short haired muscular mutts.Couple that with the fact that any time a short haired muscular dog bites people, its a "pit bull". Heck, it doesnt have to be shorthaired. If its medium sized and aggressive, its a "pit bull". If its not aggressive, its a mutt. I own a purebred actual american pit bull terrier and people dont even know what she is and are shocked because they think "pit bull" is some massive mythological huge headed snarling dog, not my petite (48 lb) friendly girl pit. Please, please stop it. The stigmas bad enough already.I work with all breeds of dog and I'd trust a purebred pit over most dog breed not to bite me anyday.

As an RN, I enjoyed this book. It’s a million laughs! I would recommend to teens or college students who are considering entering nursing or medicine. While training, we cram and cram facts and techniques, but this book will introduce you to the human side of healthcare interactions.

I have read ALL of her books and there hasn't been one that was bad or boring. You might also look up "This is going to hurt" about an English doctor with a wicked sense of humour.

Omg these books are so freaking hilarious. I recommend these to anyone in need of a laugh. I even re-read them from time to time and I hardly ever do that.

Surprised to see this book announced on Facebook and of course bought it immediately! So readable, such a good author, usual complaint of too short!

As always from Kerry Hamm, a fun, readable book. I like quirky non-fiction books, and this fills the bill.

I know This book was listed as a mini. It had several God laughs but I'd rather wait for a full length book.
