Too oily. Recommended if you want to add to a gravy, but otherwise it has been over-browned. Not recommended unless you are putting in gravy, or topping off haleem etc.

My favorite fried onions
We add a lot of fried onions to our foods (Vietnamese) and so far this brand is the best. It comes in a bag not like others in jars. Packaging may look flimsy but the quality of the onions is superior. I would transfer the content to a tight lidded jar and keep it in the refrigerator to be used gradually. It won't get stale and have the oxidized taste of other onion brands from "old oil". My only concern is that it's made in Holland: Product from Holland. This is great as I won't eat made in China foods at this time. But I also saw Made in Indonesia elsewhere and then Made in India. So where is it made??? Is it for real made in Holland???
