They Work!!!
After noticing the front end of my 2005 E500 Mercedes was dropping every time I parked it, I took it to the mechanic and he informed me I needed new struts (shocks) for the car. He told me he could order them from Mercedes, and they would probably cost around $2000-$3000 for the pair, or I could try to find them and order them online and then he would install them. At first I wasn’t really sure what would be best, but I did my research and Long story short I came across Rebuild Master Tech, RMT, a company based in Florida that specializes in rebuilding luxury car parts, including suspensions, and from what I could find online they seemed very “on-it”. They had a great price on Amazon, MUCH cheaper than going through Mercedes, the parts installed perfectly (according to my mechanic) and so far they have been riding and performing like new. It’s been about 8 weeks, will update if anything comes up, but I am very happy with my RMT struts!!!

Fits And Works
My left Arnott Air Shock went on me 49 miles away from home and I drove it back home busted. I came to Amazon and looked up the part and I selected this one because it's the best price online anywhere y outside of Ebay and you can not rely on used parts from there. A few days later it was delivered and it took 1.5 hours to remove and install. Please NOTE: Two important facts. 1. DO NOT REMOVE THE BRASS AIR FITTING FROM THE NEW PART, REMOVE THE OLD ONE FROM THE AIR HOSE WITH A PLIER SQUEEZE IT AND BREAK IT. 2ND AFTER THE INSTALL: LOWER THE CAR WITH NO JACK SUPPORT BEFORE STARTING THE ENGINE. Let the car run for about 10 minutes so that the height and shock can collaborate to normal. Tools needed: (2) 21mm Sockets or closed end wrench, 10mm, 18mm, jack, jack stand.

Missing wire and hose grommets and Small boot tear
Strut was missing wire and hose grommets. Dust boot came torn with clamp misaligned. Had to cut off and modify grommets off original strut. Called company and no solution offered. Applied silicone to boot tears.

Stopped working properly after 8 month
Stopped working after 8 month and longer able to hold air all the time, sometimes would drop while driving the car, I have contact the manufacturer on here for replacement since it has a life time warranty but didn't hear back from them yet, I'll have an updated later on but as of now I'm not happy with the product since the labor is pretty expensive.
