I bought this item because I love solving these types of puzzles. The spiral books are heavy enough that you can see the quality of the material used to make them. After solving the puzzles I decided it would also make a purrfect present for my best friend who loves cats. This is great for stimulating your brain since you really need to look closely to find the hidden cat. Also incase you get really stumped there are answers to every puzzle in the back of the book.

This is entertaining but most pictures are very hard to find the cat. Even using a magnifying glass couldn't see them. Had to look at the answer page, and still had hard time finding them. But im old. It was still very entertaining and fun.

I purchased this book for a minute to win it game. We used it for ages 5-50ish and we had a blast. Much easier for the youngers to find, and I had to use my reading glasses. It was still very enjoyable. Some of the cats are bigger and some are so tiny or just part of the cat and you need great eyes and patience. If you want something really easy, look elsewhere, if you want a challenge, I find this book a good choice.

I gave this to my cat-loving best friend for Christmas, along with many other gifts, and this was her favorite! She told me the pictures are beautiful and most are quite challenging. Great buy!

I enjoyed the book myself. But I bought it for a 6 year old. The description says either 5 or 6 years old and up. But a little too difficult for that age.

I bought this book because I saw it being offered in the catalog of a company I love, a company that always curates high-quality products, but they were selling it for twice as much. So I hippity-hopped here to Amazon and immediately ordered it based solely on it being in that catalog. I really wish I’d taken the time to read the reviews first. To be honest, I probably still would have ordered it anyway, but I would have known what to expect and wouldn’t have been so disappointed. If you also order it, just accept that you’re not going to be able to see many of the cats even when you flip to the solution pages to see where they are; the photos are too blurry and the resolution is nowhere near high enough to see them. There are some photos where the [supposed] cat is way off in the distance and/or in deep shadow and no amount of straining is going to enable you to see those cats. That being said, the photos themselves are of places and scenery I find interesting enough that I’m able to enjoy them for that and if I am able to spot a cat, which I easily can in some, I’ll just consider that a bonus. However, most people who buy this book probably won’t be as okay as I am at the prospect of just looking at random attractive photos — there are already many books by highly-skilled photographers that would be far more thrilling to folks who want to look at truly breathtaking photos. People who buy THIS book are going to want to be able to see the cats.

Bought for friend. Cute puzzles. Disappointed there is only one cat per page to find :(

I bought this book for my mum as she loves cats and enjoys puzzle-style books to keep her mind active. I'm glad that I had a flick through this book before gifting it to her. The few example scenes shown on Amazon's 'Look Inside' feature must be amongst the best in the book as the remainder leave you feel cheated and wholly unsatisfied with the 'find the cat' experience. The cats have been superimposed into scenes that are unnatural for cats and the cat images are all too often too small, rescaled, blurry and deliberately falsified to hide the cat. On every second page I felt cheated and dissatisfied with the experience. Even with a 2-stage magnifying glass, some of the 'cats' were just ridiculous and could hardly be made out amongst the blur of pixels. Despite my mum's love of cats, I couldn't bring myself to gift her this pile of rubbish. It was returned for a refund immediately. If some people are pleased with this book, they must be easily satisfied. The book should be called, 'Find the Tat'.

Bought this for my mother in-law she tells me that she is having fun with this book and gives your brain a reallygood work out

I bought this for my daughter as a gift. She has it on her table and everyone picks it up and enjoys it.Money well spent. Great quality - fast service.

Neat book but there are images where I wondered where the heck the cat was -- made me be more organized in how I looked at imagery.

We've had a lot of fun with this book. Many are very difficult to find, though, because the book is so small and the pages so glossy.
