I've tried numerous brands of LED tap lights for various reasons, determined to find the best, and this is one of them. A+!!!
I have a HUGE network of shelving and closets throughout my house, as well as tons of display shelves. When I first bought these, I intended them for seemingly the universal usage that is a pre-requisite, and that is to light up my closets. LOL But the very first day I got these and felt for myself how light weight and bright they are, I decided to start buying them for the nicest of my collector shelves. I display quite a few statues and collectibles, but sometimes, depending on the when and the where they are, the shelves just don't get enough light. Enter these bad boys, and that problem is SOLVED. I stick one of these to the underside of the shelf I want to illuminate, and it's bright enough to light up the entire inner box of the shelf, and everything on it too. There are other brands, and they all work honestly. Some are larger, some more expensive, some a tad brighter. I like these because they are the perfect balance between cost and functionality. I get three for less than ten dollars, and you will be AMAZED at how long they last. I have recently purchased more, as more of my shelves needed lighting. I am pleased to report that my old lights are still every bit as bright as the new ones, and that is after YEARS. I have NEVER had one lose power from the bulb going bad, though sometimes I have to replace the triple A batteries. They are more than bright enough to read by, or to navigate a completely dark house for that matter. I buy the tiny key chains of these as well for friends and family, and they work like a charm. ( Super Bright LED Keychain Flashlight ) Flat out bottom line, these things do JUST what they say they will, and that's all I ever expect from my products. Give them a try, and I know you won't be disappointed. Thanks so much for your time folks. Sincerely, R.A. McDowell

Luv 'em !
These lights are awesome. Perfect for small spaces and easy to operate (peel and stick). I have purchased two sets and worth every penny to me !

Product works well but the packaging is frustrating
Even using scissors, I had trouble opening the package for these lights. The cardboard + plastic around the lights is very tough and required all my strength to cut. I was mad by the time I got the package open.

Exactly what I needed at a great price
Perfect for small spaces in the dark; Picking out socks at 5AM while hubs is still sleeping is not fun, have often ended up with navy socks and black slacks at work. Stuck one of these tap lights underneath the armoire shelf above my sock drawer, the main reason I purchased these, and I no longer will be making that error again. 2 out of the 3 stick like iron, a 3rd keeps falling off now and then. I did not "prep" ie clean the areas before I attached, so likely my bad since the other 2 stick excellently. Yes they take lots of batteries, but they are AA's which are much cheaper than those round watch type batteries. We always have AA in the house. Can't comment on life of light because we have only used them about a month so far. Will be purchasing more of these tap lights!

Cheap, Works Well, Convenient, Would Buy Again -- but you need to know the issues.
I used these in a custom closet build-out that I crafted because they were cheap and I figured if I could get away with using something cheap that didn't require me to run new electrical all over the place, I should -- since I don't use the lights in this situation much anyway.PROS:- Cheap- Works well- Good light if you don't use it a lot- Easy to installCONS:- Cheaply made- Light dims quickly- Falls off of surfaces that aren't perfectly smooth- Sucks battery juice quicklyBottom line is, I would buy these again. They work well, and as advertised only require a gentle tap to turn them on and off. I also like them because I can use them situationally -- for example, if I only want them on in the top center tie box and the two sides, plus only the top rack in the shoe rack, I can do that, instead of turning the whole system on. If I only want to leave the tie box light on for atmospheric light at night, I can do that instead of getting blazing light coming out the closet. If I want to see the whole bloody thing lit up, it's gorgeous, but I don't leave it like that for very long. The lights are bright -- at the beginning, for the first maybe 20 hours of use. The next 40, they're considerably dimmer. After that, they're specks of light. I'm still trying to burn out a puck, and it hasn't died yet (well over 100 hours at this point) but I can barely see it anymore. They also mount easily, with a circle of double-stick foam tape in the back -- problem is, it's not a high strength tape and if you're mounting it to a surface that isn't completely smooth, the whole puck will fall off once in a while. I solved that problem by using strips of a high-strength mounting tape. If they fall off and hit the ground though, the housing will crack -- and can be superglued back together easily. One trick I learned is to rotate the lights. They have a bottom mounting surface, and then the actual puck light mounts onto that by inserting and twisting. As the lights you use most dim out, just twist them out and replace them with the ones that you barely use, and you'll maintain brightness where you want it for longer. I also maintain a few battery chargers, so once in a while when the lights start getting dim, I throw them in the charger and replace them with fresh ones. Constantly buying new AAA's would be prohibitive. You can also color the lights, like an oldschool color filter, to get a warmer light. I tried it with a thick orange sharpie to get a warmer color temperature, but eventually I just scrubbed it off because I liked the look of the cooler color temperature better (in the picture). You also need very even coverage with no darkened lines or it'll show up in the beam. These lights are cheap, but they work for what I need them to do, are easily replaceable, and I will buy these again.

Love love love these click lights, omg 😍😍
Well I have a 1999 Corolla , it's old as hell and the interior light just hasn't worked in so long and I got tired of having to use my phone flash light every time i get out of my car at night bc I can't see anything and can't see to get my things together to get out of the car but let me tell you these lights are amazing they are bright and the adhesive is very very good also they have been a life saver, I can see in my car at night now 😁😁😁

Still working
I bought these twice. The last time being 2015. It is 2022 and they all still work. I use them during power outages and occasionally for bathroom trips in the middle of the night or changing diapers so as not to wake anyone up. They are not super bright, but bright enough for our needs. The batteries last depending on usage. But I rarely need to change them. It’s more convenient than flashlights and safer than candles. Kids can carry around their own light and they actually like power outages! Good purchase.

Great stick up lights
I purchased these lights for my display case but was worried the adhesive would dry causing them to fall and break a valuable ornament. I’ve used them for countertop lighting in the kitchen instead. They work great for that!

I quite like them. When I got them I opened one ...
I quite like them. When I got them I opened one up and put the batteries in (it does require 3 AAA batteries) and I'll admit I was not impressed with the amount of light. Six weeks later I decided it was time to install them under my kitchen cabinets, thinking to myself that if I don't like them I'll just take them off. Pleasantly I was surprised when they created a beautifully soft white light around my kitchen counters and in my laundry area (I used 4 on my counters along an L shaped cabinet) and two on the overhanging shelf in the my laundry area which is attached to the kitchen. At night time they look gorgeous and glamorous.

Product does not appear sturdy at first glance
Product does not appear sturdy at first glance. Have just started using it, so onlytime will tell. Also there were no markings to tell the orientation of batteries in the slots.
