Finally found relief with this one. I love this product. It's so comforting and easy to use. The gentle, steady compression combined with the cold I need for my knee when bursitis and other issues arise is a huge relief. Excellent product and well worth the money.

Wrapping around my knee is very easy, and I like that it's adjustable instead of the sleeve types out there. You can wear it under your pant leg with very little visibility and it helps to stabilize the knee while providing pain numbing coldness to the affected area. I went to an acupuncturist and to my surprise I felt relieve the very next day. I'm also using a TDP lamp on it. After 4 days, I have noticeable improvement. I'm continuing to ice with the Coldest Knee Ice pack wrap and also alternate with heat. At the price the two pack is a great bargain, because while using one the other is sitting in the freezer, but I bought the single wrap and it's working just fine.

This product runs on the small side so much more room to make it fit more sizes. My knee is Seventeen inches measured just above knee cap. Any swelling and it wouldn't fit. Recovering from ACL reconstruction and meniscus surgery. Wouldn't buy again, find one that has different sizes and a measurement chart. Then you know it will fit perfect. Plus should come with two cold packs doesn't stay cold very long.

I have knee replacement surgery coming up so I NEED ice packs for my knee that will stay cold a long time and that will wrap around a swollen knee. I decided to order two different products to make sure that at least one of them would be adequate for post-surgery recovery. The Coldest Knee Pack is 99% Marketing Hype. Take a look at what you get on the LEFT. A small velco wrap around that might work for a tiny person with a tiny bit of swelling. It certainly won't work on a larger knee. The ice pack is TINY. I don't care if its "the coldest". A teeny tiny ice pack is not going to bring relief. Now take a look at the product on the right. I got TWO huge knee ice packs for about the same price as the one teeny tiny Coldest Ice pack. Also the product on the right came with instructions and a bag to put the ice packs in before putting it in the freezer (which is good for those who need to make sure the ice pack is CLEAN before you put it on your swollen knee. I am not here to push the producct on the right... I just want you all to see what you're getting with the Coldest Ice Pack.... a tiny little thing that is extremely hyped and overpriced.

This company's ice packs are top notch. I have several, and this one is just as effective as the others.
