Supco FSC10 Flame Sensor Cleaner

I like the fact on some furnaces you don't have to pull the flame sensor to clean it, this tool cleans it all the way around the sensor.

So necessary if you have any gas appliances or repair of such.

Not the highest quality manufacturing but you will be able to clean most flame sensors with this tool depending on the thickness of the sensing rod. I’d recommend anyone required to maintain a furnace keep one of these handy on a keychain.

Yeah, this item simply didn’t perform. First use, the flame sensor (standard big brand named equipment) didn’t even fit into the opening. On the second attempted use, the brush just pushed to the other end of the cylinder. Maybe I could use it to store some small screws…

Honestly I was hopeful that this would be great, but it wasn’t. I can do it faster with a piece of sand cloth.

Works as intended

I just used this yesterday on a Navien Boiler Flame sensor. Works like a charm! Great buy.

Perfect little tool to have hanging on the service pouch. I’ve used mine several times now, and it saves me having to go find some sand cloth. Great product.

I've wanted this tool for a while, although I hadn't bought the item.

Great device used to clean flame sensors although not truly needed as a hundred dollar bill works just as well! But I don't usually carry that kind of bills on me!

It is easy to use and works as intended however after a little while of use it doesn’t fully clean the far end of the flame sensor. It’s not the worst as it still clean’s the most exposed part of the sensor. If you like having a tool specifically for cleaning flame sensors and got the coin it’s not a bad buy. But a abrasive pads work just as good.
