Very happy to have access to individual ingredients rather than a premixed just add water type of thing. Our family And friends can enjoy special Recipes that might only be found in bakeries or confectioners that we can’t access during quarantine. Also, my daughter is a young scientist in the kitchen learning in a unique hands on way

Awesome!
I absolutely love it, I use it to make Russian style jelly candy - marmalade (not in a jar, as a candy)...it works perfect!And I also use their other products, citric acid and agar agar powder...all their products are the beat and I highly recommend this company!

No gummy texture at all
I followed their recipe for vegan gummies with this pectin and the recipe calls for most of the small bag. You get one batch with a small amount left over with they're recipe. The texture was more like applesauce.
