Buen producto, excelente acabado

Good, workhorse hair styling tool.
I purchased this to replace a similar tool from Revlon (I forget the name of it, but do not buy the Revlon one. It comes apart, needlessly, and can never be properly reassembled). I really like it.The point of my owning this is to avoid having to do a blowout with a round brush and separate dryer. I do not possess the ninja hair skills to operate two items at once. I am also extremely lazy. So the reason this does not get 5 stars from me is because it does not have the blow-power to really dry hair; it is more of a styler. My thick, shoulder-length hair must be nearly dry to achieve the quick smooth style I want from this tool. I either have to let it air-dry for about 45 minutes, or pre-dry with my blow dryer. (The Revlon tool did a better job of drying-while-styling, so I know it is possible.)Having said that, I really do like this tool. It smooths hair as well as my salon stylist can with a round brush + dryer. To be truthful, if it blew harder it would probably not smooth as well; the hair shaft is like a series of little shingles, and if you blow them the wrong way they get roughed up and don't reflect the light well. So I kind of forgive it for not blowing harder. (I really should be less lazy, but I've got a kid and a day job and better things to do.)The large diameter of the brush is refreshing. It provides a straighter style while still giving me plenty of volume. The narrower brushes gave more of a curl/wave thing. I do like that the result from the Babyliss mimicks a plain blowout. The Babyliss feels substantial in the hand, well made, not toy-like. It feels as though it is built to last. (It better--this was much more expensive than the Revlon.) The titanium barrel is instrumental in the smoothing action. There is a bit of a learning curve with the rotation, or at least there was for me. The rotation buttons are a hair trigger, and I didn't even mean to make that pun. Just lightly touching them and you're spinning. So it was a little fiddly for me at first. Sometimes I want to just spin. Sometimes I want to roll the hair to the root and hold the tool close to my head for a minute. Getting the finger off the button at the right time is a little tricky. But I did mention I have zero hair skills. I love that it spins in both directions. It spins very smoothly.I was afraid I would tangle up my hair in the rotation process. It has NEVER tangled. I'm a little bit shocked. The bristles are just perfect; the perfect length, the perfect amount of grip, and when it comes time to clean the hairs out, the bristles let go of them quickly. Very easy to clean.I have never burned myself, either. It is not easy to grab it where the hot barrel is. The bristles keep your hand away. I like that. The tip is hot, though. Careful. It came with a little plastic sleeve that I thought was just packaging, but I ended up keeping it to store the brush in while not in use. If you stored it lying on its side--as I do--without the little sleeve, the bristles might flatten over time. The sleeve thing is perfect for popping over the end to keep that from happening.I like that it has a cool setting to lock in the style; I like that it doesn't spin while on cool. There is no need for it to spin at that time, and I appreciate Babyliss' attention to this detail.I wish the barrel were a little longer--so I could wrap more and more hair around it, furthering my goal of extreme laziness--but it's okay that it isn't. It really is plenty long for most normal, non-lazy people. The bristles are long enough that you can wrap what is really too much hair around it and it will still work.I would repurchase this item if I needed to. I would recommend it to others. It works great. The price is reasonable for the quality and effectiveness of this tool. I hope this review was helpful to you.

Fabulous! Wish it had a bigger handle on the top.
This dries so much better than my revlon drying brushes. My hair is softer and holds a curl for days. My only complaint is that the top part of the brush is too small to hold onto for a better grip while drying. If that was bigger than I would give this brush 5 stars.

It works
I think , they should add a holding tip of the brush, because it gets to hot on your fingers.

Ehhhhh
It’s nice and blew my hair dry however it was like double the time it usually takes to dry. It needs to blow harder. Temperature was cool the high setting was more like a medium compared to other blow dryers where high is sometimes too hot. It did a great job keeping my hair dangled, no snagging or pulling. Might return just because i don’t want to spend double the times too dry my hair even if it’sa brush in one for convenience.

My stylist recommended this dryer brush to help meGet salon volume and BOY was she right. I love it and am getting better at getting volume and a straight look without having to use a flat iron. Saving my hair from a flat iron is helping me get back to healthy hair. I would buy this again and again!!!

Estiliza muy bien
Muy bueno para estilizar y deja el cabello brillante, solo que echa poco aire y hace que tardes mas en el secado. 5 usos despues YA NO FUNCIONA EL ROTADO EN NINGUNA DIRECC Y YA SE ME PASÓ EL TIEMPO DE GARANTIA DE AMAZON.... NO LO USE NADA COMO QUIEN DICE PUES TARDA MUCHO EN SECARME EL CABELLO

Styling my hair like a pro!
I am in love with this rotating brush! I have zero ability to style my hair and have never been able to successfully blow dry and use a round brush simultaneously. This brush works great on short/medium length hair. I got it specifically to style my angled bob and to provide volume at the roots. I like how there are 2 speed settings: low has a slower rotation and blows warm air, high has a faster rotation and blows hot air. The bristles are very soft and don't hurt your scalp while rotating. However I can see how with longer hair the bristles might not be hard enough to grab the hair. The buttons for the rotation are conveniently located and rotate forward and backwards. One thing I want to share is that after watching many tutorial videos on YouTube I noticed that this brush is being used incorrectly. The rotation is not meant to be used continuously which can result in hair getting tangled around the brush (especially for longer hair). The rotation is supposed to be used in short bursts then released with the hair held in place. Overall this has made my life a lot easier and allows me to actually style my hair which I couldn't do before. It is an expensive product at over $100 but I am hoping it lasts for a few years.

and have very fine hair, shoulders length
I am an older woman, and have very fine hair, shoulders length. I also have hot flash galore when I dry my hair. I tried this yesterday for the first time and have to say that this will be my next favorite tool. I think I put too much products in my hair and not dried it enough before using the hot air brush. However, I had tried it on dry hair and it worked great. Make sure you dry your roots with your regular hair dryer so the brush will be more effective. As I said before, I have raging hot flashes when I dry my hair (why???) and so i'm having problems with drying the roots. Next time, I will completely let my hair air dry and then apply a light spritz and use the brush. You also have to get accustomed to the button that makes the brush roll. But it should not be difficult. It will not thight your hair so hard that it is uncomfortable. This tool, I think, cannot be used alone as you need to almost completely dry your hair before your brush can get you volume. And it will not give you curls.

Total volume, salon style blow out at home!
I recently cut my hair mid length with lots of layers so I have the option to style and curl if I was going out. Usually during the week my hair is in a bun and running around with kids at home. #momof2 I was watching a youtube video of this girl that was styling her hair with this product and her hair came out beautifully styled and lots of volume. I will definitely recommend this to those of you that have fine hair like mine (asian fine hair) and cant style very well. I call this the blow out at home. You get the blow out look that you will get when you go to a salon and pay $30+ just for a blow out. I recommend that you don't use this right out of the shower but to wait a little bit till your hair is about 70% dry, but you hair should be somewhat damp-wet to get the volume when you use this product. I love this item. The only thing is, if your hair sheds a bit it will get whined up in the bristles but I guess you can snip it off.
