I have ordered a very interesting about Facility Management.

I believe that over-all the author did a decent job of summarizing the duties of the FM, but lacked in providing the reader any understanding in "Space Planning" which is essential in the FM's daily requirement. Otherwise, very easy read.

Joel is a prolific author and insightful observer of maintenance best practices. His recent global experience and insights make this book particulary relevant and contemporary.
