it will not heat and the on /off switch is awful

On first impression the waist belt was as described, and worked when I switched it on using a power pack. However the power switch is located on the back which poses two problems; firstly with a back injury I hurt myself twisting to try and locate the switch to turn it on and adjust the power setting, second problem is when I sit down the switch is a push button and it simply changes the power settings or turns off!I do not understand why the switch and power connection are not on the side of the belt. Other than that it looks like it would be great, but this is a massive flaw in my personal opinion.I have not returned yet as I am trying to work out if I can engineer a pad to surround the switch to overcome the issue.

Product not working does not heat up . Yes I have plugged it in . Total waste of money and have now been informed there is a no refund policy on this product. Shame on you supplier

Bought this for an 80 year old struggling with back painfirst mention in description is for lumber back pain ..heated up ok but controls are right in the middle of his back ,impossible to use...would be ok for warming your front ,but useless for arthritic conditions ...Why didnt they place controls on the side???

Nothing it fits well and nice and warm i bought a heatpack usb to short to sit in my chair

ho acquistato la cintura l'ho collegata alla powerbank si accende per 2 secondi e poi si spegne non dandomi la possibilità di selezionare nessun colore a qualcuno è successo? come avete risolto?

Wärmt Klasse nur der Knopf ist ungünstig positioniert und die Tasche für die Powerbank ist viel zu klein
