Great for the price but cheap paper quality and printing
I have purchased this book in paperback. Although the paper quality is poor and the printing is not great either, it is a steal compared to paying a full price for the US edition (which costs 8 - 10 times more) and the content appears to be great. So yeah, I am happy with the purchase.Sidebar --- its utterly despicable and disgusting that these publishers are charging that much for a textbook.

All the proofs and concepts you need for graduate-level (and beyond) Econometrics
Greene's text is the essential econometrics guide. There's no other definitive book on the subject with the same level of depth, rigor of proof, etc. Wooldridge is easier to follow and learn, but lacks some of the linear algebra certain grad classes require. My recommendation for the Fin/Econ/etc. PhDs out there (for those are the experiences to which I can speak) is to get copies of each, as they can supplement each other in various ways. Angrist & Pischke's Mostly Harmless Econometrics is also very useful.

A bargain
Maybe a slightly lower quality of print that the U.S. version, but it's not a problem at all, taken much lower price! This book is also my favorite source of information regarding applied aspects of statistics and linear regression.

Essential for any graduate students in economics
Very well written. Some says it not very readable but I don't think so.
