Standard Motor Products CP620 Canister Purge Solenoid, Black One Size

Was getting a code on my 2015 Rav4 that pointed to either this or clogged PCV valve. Replacing this took under 5 minutes and solved the issue. PCV valve is not an easy swap on 2015 Rav4, try this first.

This fixed all the flashing error lights I was getting on my 2008 toyota tundra.

Fit 2010 Toyota Camry 4cl

Purchased for my 2015 Toyota Rav4, the fit was perfect, but it only lasted for a a week. The check engine light came back on and was still having starting issues after fueling up. Purchased an OEM from Toyota to replace and haven't had an issue yet. Bottom Line,,,,when replacing parts dealing with emissions ALWAYS use OEM Parts. This ended up costing me over twice the price to replace one part because of the double purchase....lesson learned. Don't wast your money!

The part was correct but the part that was enclosed was a used part. It smelled like fuel vapor. I’m sure if I received a new part it would be fine. I needed the part asap so I went to autozone and paid like $20 more for a Duralast branded one.

Once you locate and make sure you have the correct Purge valve, install was very easy. For 2010 tundra, valve is under the Silver "engine cover" I call it. The cover lifts off and snaps back in place easily.. After the install remember to reset the check engine light. It can be done using a special device or by DISCONNECTING and then touching the pos / Neg terminal WIRES together for a few seconds (30 is good). Re-attach wires to battery and you should be good to go..

Be sure to remove and inspect the 2 vacuum hoses connected to the solenoid before ordering.

The part is an exact match to the original. The price is half of what the parts department at the dealership is asking and $40 cheaper than parts stores. It took approximately 5 minutes to take off the old and install the new. It was delivered in one day!
