Great product, used it before.. the only problem is that cord needs to be at least 20 ft long..

I have purchased three of these pumps in the last 10 years the first one ran 24x7 for four years except the harsh winter months replaced it with second pump still running and the third purchase as a backup just in case, I don't want to lose any fish. A Great Product

My old pump for a rock fountain in the backyard quit working, so a new one was needed to replace it. I ordered this one. Works like a champ. My only confusion was about the size of the outlet hose. The old one was 1/2" and the package said this one was 3/4". The only local distributors of 3/4" tubing was way too big to fit through the old hand pump on the fountain, so I used 1/2". Works great! It will be interesting to see how long this one lasts. So far, so good!

2nd one of these. First one lasted 9 years.

I have had a number of these pumps over the years. For the most part they are very reliable, although my last pump only lased a season. I just installed a new on yesterday, April 2, and it's running well.

These usually last me about 2 yrs then just stop working, but glad to find one to replace existing setup.Update: Yep, here it is exactly 2 yrs later and I'm ordering a replacement for the replacement. Its a shame they dont last longer.

The pump worked great for just 2 months. Then, it stopped. I made sure the filer was clean and took asmall screwdriver and the pump was locked, but upon repeat tries the pump started up again. This lasted just a few days repeated the above procedure and again it started up. Now, it won't start at all.Poor value because pump only works when just new..............do not purchase this item.....or replace with brand new one.
