Is this True to size? And good Quality?

Yes, it's true to size, and excellent quality. I wouldn't buy any other running bra.

Many reviews advise to go down a cup size and also mention strap size. that is confusing. i normally buy 34f, so what’d i order for this bra? thanks

I bought it for my granddaughter who is 34E ....I didn’t read those things you commented on , just got her normal size & she’s delighted ..she’s a footballer , so needs a strong bra that keeps her boobs under control , & she says it’s great ..so just go for your normal size .
