Didn't work for me.
I ended up returning this. It is nowhere near the quality that they have in hospitals. It honestly didn't work for us.

Not satisfied
Not what I expected, you don’t have a way to keep food warm because this is used in an industrial/commercial warmer. I tried heating with hot water but it didn’t work

Doesn’t keep food warm.
I was expecting an item that would keep my disabled husband’s food warm. I bought the Cambridge dome and plate holder. They did not even keep the food slightly warm. I returned the items to Amazon with no trouble.

No idea whether to heat with hot water or microwave. Neither worked. didn't keep food warm

I know the description says Underliner
I thought this was Thermal not just a plastic plate.
