This has proven to be a very useful kitchen product. I don't know how I went so long without owning one! I baked gingerbread ornaments on the mat and they turned out perfectly. It helped create a wonderful texture for oatmeal and other soft cookies without over-baking the bottom or adjusting baking time. It's easy to clean, and I roll it up for storage in a cabinet. Now, I'm using less parchment paper and feel great about not throwing as much away.

Washes up easily and works well. I'll never use parchment paper again! The spatula and brush are just junk though.
