Black out curtains
Bought at a discount so excellent value, the blind is very good quality and very easy to fit, no problems at all. The only downside for me was the fact that the cost of delivery was much more because of my postcode, this took away any discount advantages. I am pleased with the suppliers communication which fully explained the postage problem and gave me an option to have it delivered or have a full refund, I am glad I had them delivered because the blind is excellent.Delivery costs are a constant problem for me and I do not blame this supplier for this, new postal charges according to size of parcel is an issue, the parcel was delivered by courier and although costly, I recieved my order the next day,This is an excellent product from an excellent supplier and I fully recommend their service to anyone.

Great blinds!
Fitting these was so easy! I'd say try and get the right fit perfect if you want to optimise reduction in light coming through. This has kept the cold out and the warm in perfectly in my university bedroom! Unfortunately I don't have double glazing (soon to be replaced windows), and was finding the nights chilly - but this product has solved my problems! Took 15 minutes to put up, love the colur and does the job! Overall great product, the material looks a bit thin and cheap but it really does work so don't let looks put you off!

Cheap, effective, a bit fragile
I got the 180x180 in navy and it's brilliant. Total blackout, easy to put up (although I am about half a centimetre out, but that will be me being a novice. It's creased at the bottom but I think that will go away. The chord seems fragile and I used my own Rawl plugs as the ones that come with just looked poor. In summary, brilliant blind, brilliant value for money, probably fragile but what do you expect for the price.

Superb Quality Blind
We bought this as, like a previous reviewer, had purchased one from The Range, which arrived bent as it wasn't packed very well (arrived wrapped in a plastic bag)!! Returned that one to the store and exchanged it for another which, when hung, didn't roll out well and was basically rubbish. The blind from this seller arrived extremely well packed in strong cardboard; there was no chance of it getting damaged at all. It arrived quickly and when fitted in our kitchen, was far superior the the one from Range. Brilliant quality blind, runs smoothly and looks classy. I would definitely purchase from this seller again and no more purchases from outlets that sell tat!!!! Thank you :-)

Blackout blinds
Wow these blackout blinds are fantastic!! I bought the 90’ in teal fle my sons bedroom, I expected them to be rubbish due to the price so thought they’d just go up for now until I found something better but they’re blooming brill. Really nice colour & completely black out the light! And fit perfectly. I’d bought myself some from ‘the range’ and put these up on the same day and they’re awful compared to these amazon ones! I’ll be buying more now 🤗.

So constructed that installation is hard and fiddly
This blind suffers from an annoying intrinsic design flaw. The blind cannot be inserted into the brackets once they are screwed into the wall, because there is no leeway or give in the design. Therefore, you must fit the blind into its brackets and then screw them in, in place. Practically speaking this might be impossible due to the angles involved. I managed to get 3 screws tight but the 4th is slightly loose. The material feels very plasticky, and can pick up marks from a dirty hand, but seems to block light well enough. The blind will roll up slightly one way or another, although there is enough leeway that this doesn't matter. The cord guard will twist as the cord is pulled, so that it will rarely point down, but this doesn't impede function.I paid £16.99 for a 120cm width by 165cm drop, and feel this was just OK value.

Blinding!
First impressions - no way would this (light pink) blind do an adequate job - surely the light would easily pass through such a pale-coloured and relatively thin material. Happy to say I was totally and utterly wrong! Daytime became night time as soon as it was in place - perfect! As for the actual DIY bit - I wasn't exactly relishing the prospect of putting it up as I am to DIY what Ronnie Corbett is to heavyweight boxing, but it literally took me 20 minutes start to finish. I didn't need to trim the width, which obviously kept things a bit simpler. The instructions supplied are brief but adequate - a little common sense combined with reasonably accurate measuring is all it takes to do the job.I write this review at 7am on a bright summer morning in bed. Just a few days back my 3 year-old daughter would have already been up for an hour and we'd all have been woken by her constant "It's morning everyone!" announcements and loud playing noises from her bedroom! But now all I hear is silence! It worked! Think I'll go back to sleep!
