Not a very good taste. Disappointed. Probably won’t use it again.

I've used several lobster oils in the past - they're all expensive and they're generally produced in small quantities (batch wise and individual bottle size).Not being able to find my usual brand I gave this one a try and have to say it's not great. Others have commented on the price - and it is expensive for the size, but that would be okay if it tasted good. The problem is, it doesn't. I've tried using it in a couple of different ways - with risotto and pasta dishes, but find it slightly acrid. There are better oils out there. I wouldn't buy this again.
