ASE Test Prep L2 - Medium/heavy Vehicle Electronic Diesel Engine Diagnostic Specialist Study Book - 2016 (Motor Age Training)

The delivery was fast. The packaging that the book came in was fine. But the book was damaged, so I had to return it. The return process was super easy. Altho I did not get the chance to read the book. I have read some of MotorAge other books (“A”series) and they have good information.

Like the Delmar book better. But this book has some good reading material

Don't bother with this book. Most of the other books are good but this one is a waste. The Delmar book is a much better book for the money. Delmar has multiple test exams, motor age only has one. Very little useful information in this book.

Stopped ready less than half way through. Bought the Delmar book and passed the test.

I bought this in the ebook version in November 2014. It was written using the Composite Diesel Vehicle Version 2. The actual exam has used the Composite vehicle Version 3 for several years now.Before you buy, verify that they have updated it. For example the Diesel Vehicle Version 2 vehicle uses 3 wire thermistors! Version 3 uses 2 wire thermistors. I also found the practice test riddled with errors - I mean major errors so that questions make no sense at all.Motor Age has really stumbled here. They gave me my money back, but it was a terrible waste of time, and I had to scratch and claw and threaten to get my refund. They still have refused to let me speak to an editor to explain my concerns.
