Lays out the issues, but as all textbooks is a chore to read. It is not a bad book though.

This is a must have text book. It will give you great insight into how a major corporation facilitates itself.

This is a really good collection of papers and articles to a broad range of issues related to diversity and adult education. I have found many of the chapters (articles) enlightening and helpful in gaining a better understanding of the issues related to adult education.
