Its not thick and gets in areas u want it too! The goopy stuff is mixed with a gel and doesnt penetrate. a litle goes along way with this product. I think people are used to the goopy stuff and think this is too thin...my results in a golf cart and 6 batteries tells me its working perfectly and the stuff really does get into area the other goopy stuff cant. I think some of the bad reviews are people trying to compare it to other product and welp...thats not too bright. Once i cleaned all my batteriews and posts then sprayed this on them....the thing looks the same as the day i cleaned them. Its doing what it does...dont listen to some of these other that want goop.

Be aware that the listing shows the 03175 product that I have used for years with great success on battery terminals. What I received was product #05046 in a red labeled can. I hope it's exactly the same formulation.

Works good it does make a little bit of a mess. Have used this stuff many of times the last can I got was a little more thinner of spray then i have had before so i just used 2 coats works great.

I have been using this accompanied with battery terminal protectors for two or three years. They do their job; I have not seen rust or the build up I used to see every few months on any of my vehicles' batteries. It's a good product.

Good product, pretty much like any other spray on protector. You get a good amount here, check your can size when buying, that is the big difference you should be aware of with price! Always have a can around to spray on batteries you are charging, changing, cleaning, checking, etc. Also, this product is as important for your cables and connectors as the battery! 10 year old car = maybe 3 batteries, but cables will last 10 yrs if you properly care for them -

It works great keeping corrosion and water off the wires attaching to the battery. Less is more.

This product actually works. I have used it over the years for battery connections on my 2003 peterbilt. It protects & does not breakdown under the high heat & stress of over the road use

I had problem with corrosion on my battery. Searched online and learned how to clean it with baking powder. Some of mechanics recommended using this for better maintain the battery so I gave it a try. It’s much thinner than I expected. Will see how the battery goes in 3 month since the instruction says reapply after 3 months.

This product realy is a good one and its convenient to use for battery. The thing is when i received it i noticed a very unusual volume like its light and i think its only one time use only. i have 3 cars i maintained (my parents and sisters vehicle) by the time i sprayed it its done like empty. Sad about it.
