A must for all youth pitchers!
I use this to train all my youth pitchers! It really helps them with balance and understanding how the lower half of the body plays a major role in pitching. Great product!

Great item to have.
My son used this item at his indoor baseball training facility and loved it. He feels it really helps and feels right away improvement with his over all bat power and techniques. Therefore for Christmas we got him one and he remains enthusiastic about the velo belt. He looks forward to his upcoming varsity baseball season.

Need Additional Information...
I love the availability of online videos explaining its use, but there remains some confusion. The FAQs state:There are 3 phases to your VeloPRO training process - (1) linear drive phase, (2) rotational torque phase, (3) underload and overload phase. All three phases are required to maximize your training. Linear drive phase will have the main resistance along your back hip. Rotational torque phase will place the main resistance along your front hip. Under/overload phase will repeat "linear drive" and "rotational torque" phases, but require you to do it quicker and stabilize longer.I can't find any more information on these phases whether looking on the main site, or the TX or NJ sites. You can see pitchers use the harness on the front and back leg, but when should hitters use it on the front leg? Where are these three phases described and how do you proceed through them? Also, according to size recommendation the size needed was right in the middle of the range ordered. But the bands seem exceptionally tight. Moving with the bands on, such as walking, seems difficult. Is this normal?

Great product!
Love resistance training and this product does its job! Our coach let us use his VeloPro and we liked it so much we bought our own. My son uses it every week. It has held up and gives him what he needs to keep improving. Great product. Well made. Would buy this product again.

Good training aid
This product was introduced to my son by his coach and has become a big hit. It's used often to work on both hitting and pitching drills.

Solid Product
This product is a great concept. I bought the small size for my 9 year old and he loves it. It fits perfect and is a great tool for him to use. The only reason I am giving it a 3 star review is because it does not have a written work out plan. You have to go on their website and search each individual workout and they are a little confusing to follow.

I'm 25, and I've never played Baseball...
Despite this I was quickly and easily able to understand and work with the Velopro Harness-helping me stay loaded on my back foot for as long as possible. I did indeed see gains, and would recommend this product to anyone who's serious about upping their game.
