Q: My Jabra 45 arrived yesterday but the microphone does not work on whatsapp, just normal call. I use android 10. What can i do?

There are few options. 1) You can contact Jabra support via email or another method. 2) Check to see if WhatsApp has all necessary permissions set properly. 3) You can go to your phone's settings and then Bluetooth, find your headset's name and then go into the options. See if settings such as call and media/audio toggle is set to on. 4) Install Viber for example and see how microphone behaves.

Q: Can it be worn on either ear

Yes just use one of the other rubber pieces that came with it.

Q: Do you have to wear the over the ear hook piece to keep it on? or can you just have the piece inside your ear in?

I didn't wear the plastic hook over the ear. I am using one of the ear tips which has a small hook-like extender piece on it. It is inside the ear and not visible
