Great Product and Service
Ordered the casters with bearings and got the wrong ones (no bearings). Sent an email, and got a response from Manny within minutes (no kidding). He sent me a replacement immediately, and told me to keep the others for my trouble. Mistakes happen, it's how you react that matters and SSC is a professional outfit. And as if that weren't enough the casters are first rate. If you've ever had a cheap, out of round, or mis-drilled caster, you know what a disappointment that can be as your equipment rattles itself to death every time you move it. No such thing here.

Decent Quality and Priced High
The wheels quality was ok. The same product was advertised cheaper on their own website. Customer service refused to honor their website pricing.

Replacement for dolly
This replaced the broken wheel on my green convertible hand truck/ dolly from the big box hardware store. It was a perfect fit.

Solidly built.
I like that the wheels are one piece heavily constructed from thick material. I bought them to replace the wheels on a Bar-B-Que, fire resistance is a top priority and these wheels fit the bill.

Nice to get just the wheels.
I repaired an old rolling tool box with these wheels at a savings of over $120 to replace the wheel assemblies. After 30 years of hard use the old wheels gave out.

Buy this one, not the other . You'll thank me

You can see by the posted pictures how terrible the construction is when compared to this wheel. Ended up cracking 2 within a year on my gate before purchasing this one . I love the product
It replaces the broken one of the 4 i had under the band saw BUT i like the (ALL) metal better so i will order 3 more of the same around the end of the month and then it will stay there for good ,thanks again and i love the all metal wheel!!!
