Gentle Laxative and Lubricant for Cats Dogs - 3 oz.

My cat is 20 years old and sometimes has "issues". I found this product to be very effective for her - and she had no problem or fuss in getting down the product as directed.

I don’t normally leave reviews after I’ve only had a product one day, but I was impressed and didn’t want to forget. If I remember, I will update my review as I use the product more.I have a senior cat that is struggling. His personality is still great and he’s acting like himself still, but he has heart disease, high risk for bladder stones since he’s had them previously, and he has diabetes. I’m managing all his issues with his vet but with everything we are doing I noticed he was constipated and I needed something to tide me over till a vet visit for the constipation.but after this product I might not need the vet visit. This morning I noticed a normal poop in his litter box!! Not diarrhea, not little plops like he’s barely been managing to get out. Just a normal poop, which is exactly what I wanted. I wasn’t awake to know if he struggled with it. I’ll try to catch him in the act and see if he struggles.Other reviews say their pet liked the taste. My cat unfortunately wasn’t interested in licking it up directly. So I put the dosage on a plate then covered it in a layer of a purée tube treat. Brand I used was delectables from here on Amazon, but tiki cat and fussie cat have their own versions and there are plenty of other brands. Then he would lick it and inadvertently lick up the laxative. I’m sure he could taste it, and he still ate it, so he wasn’t repulsed he just wasn’t interested in the taste of it alone and needed extra encouragement.Hopefully I will update my review with further info. Today is only day 2.

I have a small Chihuahua and she has trouble going I tried everything and it didn't work are she wouldn't eat it but this stuff no problem she licks it right up and after a couple of uses she was able to go been using for a month now and she hasn't had any problems to me it's worth every penny

putting the meds on the cats paw works so much better than trying to get them to eat a pill.... could be coincidence but I think this worked. in 2 days

The best stuff for hairball maintenance, especially the ones that wont come up. Vet recommended as well!

My cat disliked it so getting it into him was difficult but manage to get a little in. Not sure if this stuff really helped but after a couple of days he was doing fine.

I have a small, 13 lb terrier who began to have series constopation as he aged. He is almost almost 15 years old. I put a squirt on his breakfast dish and he gobbles it down with his food. He no longer strains to defecate and I have continued the Lax Aire for a couple of years. In fact I receive it on subscription every 6 weeks. I am very grateful to have found it for my dog, Skippy.

My cat loves this stuff. He goes crazy when I am getting it and putting it on my finger for him to lick off.
