These straps are heavy duty and very well-made. They helped me dramatically with the chronic wrist pain I'd often get from heavy lifts.

I really like these straps because they are more comfortable than regular lifting straps and easier to use. Indeed, they don't cut the blood circulation off around the wrists and I only need to wrap them a couple of turns around the bar before lifting which make them quicker to use. I don't usually lift super heavy weights, so I cannot say how they would compare versus the regular ones for lifting very heavy loads. However, I feel they are the best for what I do in the gym. Easy to wash too...if they start getting a bit smelly!!! I would sure recommend them.
